 Raw meals are quick, easy and extremely delicious and this Hemp Carbonara has us feeling weak at the knees. It is the perfect combination of creamy, fresh and salty. We hope that you fall in love with this recipe as much as we have. Keep an eye out for next weeks recipe, we have a feeling it will be a favourite. I’ll give you a hint, it’s sweet, orange and very chocolatey.

Hemp Carbonara

Hemp Carbonara Sauce:

1 cup hemp milk made with 2 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 cup coconut meat 

Salt and Pepper 

1 tsp turmeric 

1-2 zucchini, spiralised 

Sauerkraut

Olives

Blend the sauce ingredients in a blender till smooth. Mix with zoodle and serve with sauerkraut and olives.
