Try our delicious Orange Chocolate Swirl Tart created by the beautiful Yoko from Shoku Iku. There’s no doubt when it comes to this woman and her food, she is extremely creative while making sure everything she creates is Organic, raw and full of love! Orange Chocolate Swirl Tart 

Crust:

2 cups almond

1 cup buckwheat

1 cup sultana

2 tbs tahini

Food process almond and buckwheat to fine meal like texture. Add the rest of the ingredients and process till it comes together. Press onto greased pan.

Filling:

1 cup orange juice (or 1 1/2 whole oranges)

2 cups cashews, soaked, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup cacao butter, melted

3/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Blend all the ingredients except the oil till completely smooth. Add the oil and blend again. Pour half of the mixture out to a container.

Choc Filling:

1/3 cup cacao powder

pinch of salt

Add the two ingredients above to the mixture in the blender. Blend again.

Alternate with light colour and dark colour mixture, pour onto the prepared crust. Set till firm.
